She keeps turning up more interesting stories about horses and their people. "There is a lot left to document," she says.

A former editor of the sheep-raisers' newsletter News to Ewe, she is equally at home at the computer or in the lambing pen. She is currently working on a book about the Irish migrations to Canada in the mid-twentieth century.
