Please note this is a family only
rental cottage and we have a “NO PARTIES” policy and zero tolerance
regarding this issue.
Rentals are on a SATURDAY to SATURDAY basis.
CHECK-IN time is 3 PM or later on Saturday. Early check in may be
available. If you are unable to check in during this time period please
call us in advance to make other arrangements.
CHECK-OUT time is 11 AM or before. Please observe this policy, as we need to
prepare for the next guest. Upon leaving, please secure all windows and
doors, wash dishes, remove all trash to outside cans and return keys to
designated location. Cottage must be left in the same condition as you
found it - clean. Any extra cleaning that is necessary will be billed.
Please be aware that we are on a
SEPTIC system. Use only one-ply tissue
and be sure that nothing other then tissue goes into the toilet.
GARBAGE must be kept inside or in the bin supplied. The owner will
remove it at the end of your stay.
In the event of a CANCELLATION, refund is possible with advance notice if we are able to rebook
the
cottage minus an administration fee of $25. Please notify
in writing as soon as possible and we will make every reasonable effort to re-rent the
property. If the property is not re-rented, no refund will be
given from the deposit.
Pumpkin Patch cottage is FURNISHED for normal housekeeping with dishes,
cookware, flatware, glasses, grills and basic appliances . Pillows are
provided. PLEASE BRING
YOUR OWN LINENS INCLUDING BEDDING, PILLOWCASES, BATH AND BEACH TOWELS.
During Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources enforced fire bans, please
do no use the firepit.
All guests must be named in writing prior to rental term. No other
overnight guests are permitted. The maximum
overnight occupancy is 5 people at Pumpkin Patch. Guests who have others at the
property in excess of the pre-authorized number are subject to either
immediate eviction without refund or a per night per guest charge,
at the discretion of the Owner.
One (1) key will be issued. A $10.00 charge per key will be
billed for keys not returned.
A deposit of $300 is required to confirm a reservation and is due
immediately upon a registered booking. The balance is due by
cheque at least 14 days prior to first rental day. A mailing
address for this cheque will be provided via email upon confirmation.
A reservation is a firm contract, no allowance will be given for late
arrivals, early departures or last minute cancellations without prior
arrangements.
By paying the rental fee for this property the renters agree as
follows:
Renters agree that they use the buildings, property and contents at
their own risk. Renters also agree to pay for any damage done to the
buildings, property and contents while under their care, custody and
control.
