must be made by mail or phone to the reservation office on Pelee Island, Ontario.

Persons holding
reservations must check in at vehicle ticket booth at least ONE HALF HOUR
prior to sailing time; otherwise reservation is void.
Reservation
cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to sailing time or vehicle
space will be charged.
Tickets must be purchased before boarding the vessel.
All FREIGHT
must be at dock at least ONE HALF HOUR prior to sailing.
Wheelchair
service is available (elevator service on M.V. Jiimaan only); please advise
ticket agent if such service is required.
Consumption
of alcohol, unless purchased on board, is strictly prohibited as per LLBO
regulations.
Passengers
bound for the United States must have proper identification including birth
dates for all members in party or they may be refused passage. NOTE:

of or damage incurred by vehicles in loading, transit or unloading;
security or
damage caused to or by motorcycles and bicycles for any reason while aboard
the ship. Use of tie downs recommended.
Pets or animals
allowed above car deck only in designated areas and must be accompanied by
owner. Please ask crew member for directions.
The management
reserves the right to alter schedule, departure and destination points, and
fares, at any time, without notice.
Passage
maybe limited or restricted by size and/or type of vehicle.
All occupants
must vacate vehicles while vessel is underway.
Warning - Coast Guard safety regulations prohibit the carriage
of gasoline and propane in excess of the following quantities:
Recreational
Vehicles: not more than two cylinders of propane safely secured to the vehicle
in an upright position with valves closed and tagged.
Automobiles:
not more than one 25 litre container of gasoline.
Motorboats: not
more than two portable 25 litre containers.
