I am smacking my forehead in total disbelief. What is wrong with these people? Aarrghhhhh! Wouldn't it be nice if we could follow the British example. Please see the following BBC news link that says Britain will be implementing new animal protection laws. It's very interesting: Pet Welfare Act Coming Into Force. I'm thinking a little awareness could go a long way in this country too. Animal abuses are disturbing and indicate a rot and evil that exists in society.
