2004 was a great year for wild apples. We pressed gallons and gallons of juice for the winter.

Many Things Have Happened At The Property In The Last Year. The Water Level In The Beaver Pond Rose And Threatened Nearby Evergreen Trees, We Bought A 1990 Toyota Pick Up Truck To Help With All Of Our Work & We Found Several Morrel Mushrooms Which We Brought Home For Dinner.
