GBAS attends the 2008 Expo 50+ exhibition on April 27th, 2008 at the Bayshore Centre in Owen Sound.
We are running low on kitty litter. If you can help we'd really appreciate it.

Our next appearance on Rogers Grey County Life will be in September.

GBAS 2008 Easter Egg Hunt

Lots of fun was had by all at our first annual Easter Egg Hunt at the beautiful Grey Sauble Conservation Area.

GBAS made some new friends at the 2nd Annual Beautiful Joe Autumn Adventure in Meaford on Saturday Sep 13/08.

In The News


A special presentation took place at the Annual General Meeting on March 31, 2009. Doreen and Orval Ford received a plaque commemorating more than 20 years of dedicated service to the Grey Bruce Animal Shelter (formerly Grey Bruce Humane Society).

Doreen was also presented with a collector figurine as she retired from 20 years serving as Officer of the  Shelter.

Literally thousands of animals have had a better life due to the Ford family's dedication and they will be missed at the Grey Bruce Animal Shelter.
