Celebrated his 12th Birthday with a huge bone & a new home!!!
VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are our most valuable asset and we will always be happy to see you.
Animal care is priority at the shelter. The dogs enjoy going out for walks, or being brushed, and the cats and kittens love to cuddle and just hang out with you.
BUT, if dealing with the animals is not for you, we have office work to be done, fundraisers to arrange, cleaning, laundry, general maintenance, yard work … You name it, we need it done.
We welcome volunteers in all life stages … from retired persons who would enjoy a morning walk in the country with an eager companion, to students who are interested in an animal-related or office-related co-op assignment, or those who wish to earn their community hours.
